Iron Toryusai School tsuba signed "Ryuseimin" with NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon Tosogu. His civilian name was Morimiya Heikichi and he was born in 1830. His primary craftsman name was Toshinori as he was a student of Tanaka Kiyotoshi. He died in 1897.
