Soten School tsuba decorated with demon holding a gong mallet and dancing on the clouds. This is my personal interpretation of the picture. I was not able to find demon name or story behind it. Fellow collector thinks it might be a humorous depiction of a religious theme. I look at it more like it would be a ukiyo-e print then a tsuba. So a wonderful depiction of demon stirring up winds in the sky and having fun with all the damage and turmoil it will cause.
