Mito School tsuba decorated with Daruma, legendary buddhist monk that lived in 5th or 6th century. On seppa dai there is carved Song dynasty poem. I am very sorry but I do not know Chinese nor am I educated enough to make an interpretation. Mr. Raymond Yan was kind enough to help and provide me with this information.

Name of the poem is "偈颂一百零二首"

Full text of the poem is:

Rough translation of the part carved on tsuba:
" Didn't inherit the noble position, front teeth got beaten by somebody and fallen off"
Tsuba made of polished yamagane with inlaid gold dots.
Made in Edo period.
Size: 82 mm x 78 mm x 4 mm
