However it looks like a perfect match to the tsuba so I think it also comes from \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eChishiki School of Satsuma.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth items are made of high quality distinctively blue shakudo. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile the theme of this tsuba is a dragon the main focus is on the flow of clouds. When tsuba moves in hand we are drawn to the light that reflects from the polish river of clouds and follow it. Because of that we almost forget about the dragon who is still and far away in the clouds (dragon does not really change when we move the tsuba is hand so our eyes are not drown to it, we follow what moves). It adds perspective and layers to the way we can understand this piece. While looking at it I see a power of nature, however this is just an illusion. The real strength and danger is far away and It is just all to easy to forget about it.
