Iron tsuba decorated with a tiger. This tsuba is made in a very distinctive style created by Yurakusai Sekibun. He was born in 1790 in Murakami village in Echigo province. When he was still young he traveled to Edo to take lessons in Hamano School. There were 4 generations of Sekibun School masters. The third one became a student of Kano Natuso. Died in 1940.
