Polished shakudo kozuka by Kaga Kinko School. I am not certain what tree is shown. In the past I had a kozuka with almost the same depiction with added cherry blossom. So the tree there was weeping cherry tree. There is no blossom on this kozuka so this could be weeping cherry tree or possibly weeping willow.
Made of shakudo with flat inlay gold and shibuichi.
Made in late edo period.
