Soft metal tsuba decorated with dragon and waves. It has a sanmai construction. So it is made of a core and two decorated thin plates on the outside. In this case there is also a rim that helps to keep everything together.
NBTHK attributes this kind of tsuba to Ko-kinko School, however we are not sure when they where made. This one looks like an early edo example.
