Daisho fuchikashira set signed "Choko Nishi Shigenobu". He was active in Edo (Tokyo) around 1825. He was a student of Kikuoka Mitsushige and also signed with Kikuoka name. There is one more signature on this set, that most probably reads "Tsugihide". 

Decorated with Kuyo kamon and Hanabishi kamon. 

Made of shibuichi with superb quality nanako. Kuyo kamon is made of solid gold, Hanabishi kamon is made of shakudo with silver inlaid inside. 

Made in late Edo period.
