Wakizashi tsuka with quality feather menuki. Fuchi and kashira made of two pieces each. There is an inside part decorated with shakudo rim and outside gilded one. It looks like gold covering the base was applied with foil, not with amalgamate. Which is very rare to see on antique Japanese fuchikashira. Gilding of leafs looks like it was made with amalgamate.
This tsuka has a very elegant and well made shakudo menuki with feathers.
Good quality samegawa.
Old tsuka ito in poor condition, a bit is missing near kashira.
